So I had someone ask me a question I've kind of been waiting for. (Though it was meant in a joking manner.) The foods I post pictures of VS my struggle with my weight.
I'm antisocial, (Mostly because of my anxiety.) But I'm not a hermit. I have friends, and a daughter who eat around me often times they enjoy foods I'm not suppose have. I admit to sampling their foods when something looks extremely tempting.
As for my daughter, she's not on a diet and often times I spend time making food crafts with her as a way to spend time with her and teach her to have fun in the kitchen.
Some of the foods are from the past and they made an impression on me so I kept pictures of them.
I'm on a 1400 calorie count. I don't go over that count but I allow myself a cheat day every other Saturday, or special days like Birthdays or holidays such as Christmas. (Or other important holidays causing who's not going to enjoy Thanksgiving or pig out on candy during Halloween lol.)
If I make food in a pan or something that looks like a lot of people could enjoy it, I'm usually serving it and only eating a small amount. Small enough that I make a whole day on 1400 calories.
When I go to the gym I burn roughly 350 calories in cardio (I have no way to track weight training so I don't count it.) And replace it later after my workouts.
Also a trick I use if I'm still hungry after reaching said calories I eat fillers. Meaning I snack on fruit and vegetables for which I DON'T count calories in.
I'm not mad that someone asked because if I was an outsider looking in and saw my gallery and heard the person posting my pictures was trying to lose weight I'd probably laugh...
Anyways, in case anyone else was wondering for real, there you go
(Again sorry for any mistakes I didn't catch before posting.)
